How does embracing your mortality bring renewed meaning to your life?

Join us on this 4-week experience and we trust you’ll uncover the answers for yourself.

  • Daily Exploration Prompts

Every day of your practice you will receive the day’s prompt for you to write about, ponder, discuss, or meditate on. The prompts are based on the questions death doulas use to support folks as they are pondering their mortality. You’ll see questions that ask you about your wishes and dreams, your body, your emotions, your fears, your end-of-life plans, and your life as a whole. They are designed to deepen your relationship to your life, and ultimately, prepare you for death.

  • Community Discussion Forum

Each day you will also find the prompt posted in our Community Discussion Forum. After spending some time with the prompts by yourself, we encourage you to share what comes up for you and engage with your fellow journeyers.

  • Private Online Curriculum

Your Living Practice materials will be conveniently stored in your private online curriculum which you will have access to for the duration of your journey.
