To accompany others through endings, we must first know how to tend ourselves. This session goes underneath the skills and into the practice beneath the practice.
The cost of proximity — what it means to stay close to loss, grief, and endings, and why naming that cost honestly is where sustainable practice begins
Nervous system attunement — a somatic practice for finding and returning to regulated presence as a professional tool
Trauma Stewardship — Laura van Dernoot Lipsky's framework for self-care
Skillful permeability — the bridge between inner stewardship and the quality of presence we bring to the people we serve
